We bought a ceiling fan from Beacon lighting and needed it installed and used the recommended electrician - Whitelock Electrical. What a fabulous decision! The entire process was smooth and absolutely a 5-star installation. Andrew arrived on time, installed the fan without needing to cut extra holes in the ceiling, saving extra costs for a plasterer and painter. He also checked our switchboard and upgraded an out-of-date safety switch. We could not be happier! Thanks for the great service.

What an amazing team Whitelock Electrical are. I needed a new ceiling fan installed and a being top floor apartment with no roof access, it was not going to be a straightforward job.I was contacted by Nathaniel who took the time to understand my requirements and expectations. I was so impressed with the online booking system they use which provided me with an upfront quote including options, capability statement and constant updates on my booking time. It was very innovative and gave me complete confidence as a customer. Game changer!Werner arrived on time and was such a pleasure to deal with. He was very skilled and with extremely limited access to existing walls and roof space, he installed my fan without leaving plaster to repatch and paint.I couldn’t have been happier with the end result.Working in the construction industry myself I appreciate how hard it can be to find reliable, honest and skilled tradesmen but I really hit the jackpot with this company, they really take pride in what they do.Well done guys it was such an easy and transparent process for me start to finish and you should be proud of the great team you have.I highly recommend this company for any electrical work you need.

I cannot recommend Whitelock Electrical highly enough. We recently moved into an Art Deco apartment. I had a number of electricians come to quote on installing air conditioning, exhaust fans, additional power points and ceiling.None of these things were going to be easy in an older apartment and in the end only Nathaniel gave me the confidence that he and his team could do the job. And indeed they did. They were able to discretely run cable which limited the need for excessive conduit and their quality of work and advice on AC and other matters was and is exceptional. Further Whitelock communications were fantastic and they proved to be extremely reliable in all that they did. Their pricing was also competitive. And finally Nathaniel, Andrew and Werner and all very genuine people.

Nathaniel is a true professional and has a through understanding of the electrical trade. He is visibly passionate about it. This is just what you need before the work starts as you know he will take care. He understood excitably what we wanted and was very patient and checked-in with us before each stage of repair, relocation or installation. He is precise when measuring and installing. Nathaniel is also extremely clean and left hardly any mess behind. Well priced too. Full confidence in Nathaniel doing the work to expectation and will call on him again.And have called in Nathaniel and team another three times and as recently as today 6/9/24. I recently engaged Whitelock Electrical to install a ceiling fan in my living room. I chose WE on the basis of an emphatic recommendation from Beacon Lighting where I bought the fan. The job was tricky as my ceiling has many panels with lights embedded in the panel intersections. I was told that Nathaniel is excellent at finding solutions for more difficult jobs .This was true - Nathaniel determined where the fan would be fitted after assessing photos and talking me through the possibilities.It was Andrew who did the job and he was painstaking in ensuring he did not damage the ceiling or panels . Not only did that not happen but the job was immaculate and included very clean and precise caulking . I am thrilled with the work .Both Nathaniel and Andrew were great to deal with and have excellent communication skills.I highly recommend Whitelock Electrical.
